black brilliance will make every effort to fulfill your order in a timely manner.  We quote you 14 business days/3 weeks, from order to delivery as a standard time to expect the merchandise you order.  However please note that your item is being customized.  

If we discover that the merchandise you ordered will take longer than the standard delivery of 14 business days/3 weeks team black brilliance will email you with an update on the delivery of your merchandise. 

You always receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Please check the email address you provided when you placed your order for that information regarding tracking. at any time you can reach us by emailing blackbrilliance.nyc@gmail.com please allow 24-28 hours for a response.
